That's interesting. I've read all of these interviews, I should be prepared for these questions. The coral reefs off shore. You can go anywhere from Broward County through the Keys, and there'll be a reef. You can dive off of Miami Beach, right off 5th Street beach. Put on a scuba tank and go out a couple hundred yards and you're in a wonder world.

My apartment! I just moved and was shopping everywhere. I found the most amazing building – 1000 Venetian. I have a view of all of Miami with private balconies.

What's Miami's best kept secret?
Fairchild is one of the best kept secrets. No Name Harbor in Key Biscayne is a great spot that I don't think a lot of people know about. The steps on the backside of PAMM and the park downtown are way underutilized. It's just a beautiful setting to sit, relax and take in an afternoon.

If you go to Black Point Marina, and do not go to the restaurant, but go straight, there's this little walkway that takes you out along the channel. And, you're just surrounded by water on both sides.

What's Miami's best kept secret?
Miami's got a lot of secrets; they reveal themselves every day. We have an old canoe in our yard, that's been in the family for 60 years. We recently got it back on the car and took it to Chapman Field. There's some mangrove trails back there that lead into Biscayne Bay. The water's fairly clear and you see all kinds of fish and birds, and then it opens up onto a beautiful view of the bay. It's easy access and there's a dog park and then you can go canoeing. So, you can get a lot done. It's quite a place.

I feel like West Kendall is the best kept secret! I swear, I tell everyone about your grove stand. The area has some amazing businesses. My kids grew up going to Reach for the Arts, which is an art program near you. And my kids originally learned to swim at Ocaquatics. There this little group of West Kendall businesses that have been instrumental in my life and my kids' life. And now you guys, we go every weekend!

I’m a water kid – so I just love the water. My girl and I love to go to Matheson Hammock. We’ll bring a comforter, our sheltie – Bella, and hang out by the water. It makes for a nice morning or evening.
