How often do you come to the market?
Weekly

Do you have a market ritual? If so, please describe.
Veggie/fruit purchase followed by a LNB large rainbow shake, then a quick visit to candles by Fatima and if the sensory garden is open, we hang out.

What’s your favorite thing to buy at LNB Grovestand and why?
Rainbow shake because I like all the flavors and can’t just choose one and my son loves them too! Love getting healthy fruit filled shakes from local farms… Not to mention the best customer service from genuine people! 😊

What have you made with ingredients bought at LNB Grovestand?
More like used… turmeric dressing for salad and sandwiches and the tonic!

What’s your favorite thing to buy at other stands at the market?
Fruits/veggies and horsetail body lotion from candles by Fatima.

For parents: A favorite activity we enjoy with our kids?
Parks and swimming (especially Evelyn Greer Park in Pinecrest)

The best deal at the market is:
Turmeric tonic shots!

I wish the market had:
Live music

A+W: So do we!

Most-frequented local restaurants and what dish to order:
The Pizza Project… freshest pizza in town so any choice item is a good choice. We like the calzones.

For special occasions, I go to:

Do you have a family recipe that you would be willing share?
Lentil soup – but too top secret to share sorry!

What’s the area’s best-kept secret?
Wally says “Snowden’s Dam off Old Cutler”

A+W: We recently discovered Snowden’s Dam on bike ride. What a great place to have a picnic or launch your kayak!

A worthy splurge:
Shakes!

Rainy-day activity:
Movie watching at home

The most romantic spot around:
Star gazing in the southern glades

Do you own your own business or offer a service? Would you share a pitch about yourself or company with the community?
Marsha – I am a licensed massage therapist with 10 years’ experience.  I specialize in deep tissue massage and am reachable by cell 305-778-4475.

Is there a question that you would like to ask the LNBs?
What is your favorite dessert?

A+W: Ice cream! Our new favorite place is Nanndi. The owners, Sabrina and Alan care so much about what they make and the quality of ingredients. They have used our bananas, sapodillas, canistel and this month they made a jack fruit sorbet. Their pastries are also amazing! Go à la Mode!
