What for you is a worthy splurge?
A worthy splurge for me is going way out of my way to have ice cream at Dairy Queen. There used to be a Dairy Queen a few blocks away from my house that had been there for almost 40 years! And from one day to the next it was gone. So now I drive almost 30 minutes out of my way to Griffin Road in Broward to have Dairy Queen. I don't always do this, but there's a Waffle House next to the Dairy Queen that I'll eat at first before I have me nice Blizzard. Talk about splurge. And I almost always need a nap after that culinary adventure! Haha!

Vintage cars and travel. I take my kids like all over the place to experience a lot of new things. So I splurge on travel with them.

A trip. We're curious travelers at heart and we'd like to show our kids more of the world. I think that that's definitely a worthy splurge.

It's not in the South Miami Area, but: Plant Food + Wine in Wynwood is a feast for the eyes and palette. Order everything.

It would be easy to say a cool guitar, but that's such a cliche. I think a splurge is anything that benefits your well being, because you can't put a price on that.

I work physically very hard, so a splurge could be a cold beer or ice cream.

A blowout. It's a worthy splurge and you're in a good mood for the next three days. I wish I could do it, but because of COVID I, I don't. If it's a food answer, a good splurge would be the 'passion fruit sangria' at Chef Adrianne's restaurants.
