What for you is a worthy splurge?
A day to relax and reconnect. Just spend time and appreciate being alive. I think that's the most important thing. I think that's the best splurge you can do for yourself.

What for you is a worthy splurge?
Food and good drinks. I'll spend on experiences, but I don't spend it on clothes or shoes or anything. That's not my style, but food for sure.

We go to Orlando a lot for their running events. We'll take a weekend and go to go to Disney. Last summer, we met our family in Italy. Taking a couple of weeks for vacation is worth it.

I love bubbles. I find that blowing bubbles allows you to regulate your breath. It provides a moment of mindfulness. They're beautiful, everybody around you, especially children, will smile when they see a bubble - especially if it's a bubble that they didn't expect. A splurge would be a big giant bubble machine.

The easy thing to splurge on is my mom who's in her late seventies. Whenever she flies to me or other relatives, I fly her first class. You could do two interviews on my mom. She's a force of nature who has changed the world in a lot of wonderful ways.

What for you is a worthy splurge?
Heirloom seeds for the vegetable garden. I recently bought several dozen packets of unfamiliar vegetables and beans to experiment with in my backyard garden. I ordered them from rareseeds.com which I learned about through the Mother Earth news website.
