I love a good massage. All my life, I've loved massages and my wife is a massage therapist.

Experiences and travel. And one which I guess is a little less conventional is good sun protection. Its hard to come by, but definitely worthy of a splurge.

Food. Food is fuel. I think, if you're gonna splurge on yourself, eat good food. Even if it is expensive, it's your body and you only get one.

My wife and daughter are of Asian descent and in Boston there was a wealth of Asian food. It's hard to find here, but yesterday, my wife and I decided that we would take a date lunch and we went to Hutong. It's expensive, but really great Chinese food. What wouldn't be a splurge in Boston was a very worthy splurge here.

I'm all about education. If I can take a new class or learn something new, that's something I enjoy spending my money on. Right now, I'm learning about family constellations, and I'm also studying the relationship between Ayurveda and yoga.

A day to relax and reconnect. Just spend time and appreciate being alive. I think that's the most important thing. I think that's the best splurge you can do for yourself.
