What keeps you busy during the week?
I'm usually producing a lot of yogurt, cooking, and shopping for ingredients. I spend a lot of time, mostly in my head, creating and imagining how to combine flavors. Then I'm running around, giving the yogurt away between Broward and Miami. I drive around all day going from my house in Weston, dropping off my son at school or picking him up, then I go to the factory where it's just me, my friend Beth, and my husband Ricardo. We always make dinner at home, and if everybody's home, then we sit down and have a dinner. Sometimes, I get home around 2:00 AM, depending on how busy we are. Yeah, it's a lot of work.

I own a French hair accessories business and they're all handmade in the tiniest little town in France. They've been doing this since 600 AD. At that time, they were made out of wood or ivory or other materials and it evolved through the years.

A lot of things. I work for a company called Specialist ID. I do all of their product photography and produce their promotional videos. They also have a recording studio there that I use to record local bands. My other job is the lead audio engineer for the South Dade Cultural Center. I'm also a musician and I'm finishing up a four song EP.

I have two specific specialties. One of them being pediatrics and the other is specialty contact lenses. I've always been fond of kids, so it was an easy subspecialty for me. The exams are a little more challenging, especially with the little ones, but it is really fun. With the specialty contact lenses, it was something that I stumbled upon after graduation. The lenses are for people who are essentially legally blind with regular contact lenses. People with degenerative conditions get referred to the office for these types of lenses. It's rewarding to have someone come in, who is desperate to see better, and you change their life. Now they can drive or do certain things that they were never able to do before.

What keeps you busy during the week?
My week is dominated by aviation inputs. Our core business is trading aircraft parts, helping the repair stations for a lot of the airlines that we fly. My job is to sit nicely in their supply chain and help them save money by not purchasing new parts. We buy used aircraft parts, tear them down, sort through the good parts and we re-list them. We're kind of a recycler in the industry. Obviously COVID set us back.

I retired from diving in December. Now, I work at Sea Hunter boats. I do quality control and I also help the marketing team. We take out all the boats and make sure they're running properly before they're delivered to the customers.
