What do you get at LNB?
It is actually for a personal reason. When I started my management career and I was studying for my masters degrees and my wife started her business, the stress got to my body and I broke out with a certain dermatitis. They couldn't diagnose it. It went on for two years. I tried all kinds of things and nothing seemed to work. One day, I was walking through the Pinecrest garden farmer's market and I met you and I started talking to you about it and you sold me on turmeric. And I said, you know what, 'it doesn't hurt.' Two months later, my dermatitis was gone and to this day it's never returned, and I've never let up on the turmeric tonic. Even if it's a placebo effect, I'll keep doing it because it's working. I really believe in the product. I've seen it firsthand. My wife likes it and my kids actually drink it sometimes. I wish you guys would sell it here at South Miami hospital. I love your smoothies too and my kids love them too.

I heard of LNB from my daughter, and I really owe her my life because I love every single product that you guys have. I don't care if I have a wedding on Saturday, I will be to you before I go to work for a smoothie or something else. I love you both and you are so talented. I drink the concentrate, but the little Golden Melts - I can eat those whole. Sometimes, I'll put them in a smoothie or I'll make a latte. I use unsweetened almond milk and heat it up, then add a little bit of Splenda and the turmeric cubes. I also pass the melts out to everybody at the gym. They love them.

All the smoothies at LNB are wonderfully natural and healthy!  The turmeric dressing is a delicious sauce for dipping and for adding to quinoa and to rice.  The guacamole is amazing when available!  All that said, we enjoy the turmeric tonic daily and have incorporated it into part of our nutrition ritual.  It is a must-have to start our day!

What's your market ritual? I stop by Live Pawsitively for some organic dehydrated dog treats. Then, I stop by you guys for the Turmeric tonic and the Rainbow smoothie. Then I'll see what vegetables each vendor has. Sometimes I'll get soap from Fatima. I stay away from chemicals; I don't even like to take Advil. Depending on how I feel each day is the amount of Turmeric I'm going to take. On average, two to four ounces a day gets me going. I recommended people try it at your stand at the Pinecrest Market.
