What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend?Alaines Osteria for Italian. There's 1111 Bistro in Palmetto Bay. We used to live in Brickell and we used to go to 1111 Brickell. We moved because of the pandemic and everything that was happening during that time and coincidentally so did 1111. We don't know if they followed us or if we followed them. It's very well run. It's Peruvian with an Asian twist. You get really good service and really good food. Also, Pig Floyd for BBQ.
What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend? When we come down and visit you guys, we usually always go to the Little River Cooperative farm. It's an awesome farm for any local gardeners. They have very good plants and they are very helpful people. They also have classes and different things that they offer. We also go to Jack Lyon nursery.
What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend? One place that I went to for a family birthday recently was Uchi in Wynwood. It's Japanese food from Austin, Texas. It's delicious. For 'in the neighborhood,' I love on the weekends going to Lots of Lox and getting a solid turkey sandwich and some pancakes.
What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend?Palacio de Los Jugos is fire. They have an amazing juice selection. I like their guava and pineapple juices. Also Roots. I've had smoothie bowls in so many places, and I want to taste pure fruit. I don't want anything else in it. Roots has a nice pure smoothie bowl, with different fruits in them. They have a lot of vegan options too. I don't go far to many places, that's why I'm so thankful LNB is close.
What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend?I love Thai food. One of my favorites is Bangkok City on Bird Road, right off the Palmetto. Also, I love barbecue and this place used to only be in Orlando, but now they have a location in Coral Springs. It's called Four Rivers Smokehouse. It's great barbecue. It's pretty cheap and it's great.
What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend? For like a quick lunch or coffee, we love Joanna's marketplace in South Miami. Also in South Miami, Whisk is a good spot for dinner. It's like Southern comfort food. We also like Raw South.
