What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend?I really like Charcoal in the Design District. It’s Ken Lyon's new restaurant, connected to Wynwood yard and across from the Rubell Collection. They do roasted vegetables really well, and you can’t beat their grilled fish. It’s simply excellent! I like Saffron in Pinecrest – everything is good and love Garcia’s in downtown Miami. Also, Grazianos in Coral Gables is great for Argentinian food. I like their sweetbreads and they have a great roasted chicken.
What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend?I really like Stubborn Seed, south of fifth. I like Lilikoi, also south of fifth. Everything's organic, I really appreciate that. We do like to try new restaurants. My husband used to have a restaurant, so he loves going out to dinner and trying new things and he's in real estate and brokers restaurant and retail deals. He's always in the know and has to check out new places that pop up. I'm usually his sidekick. Also, Plant Food and Wine at the Sacred Space- I Love, love, love what they're doing over there.
What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend?Steve and I have been going down, on Sunday afternoon around three o'clock, to Key Largo and watching the sunset at the Marriott, and eating dinner outside on one of the outdoor patios. We've been eating at Snook's a lot. You're far from everybody and it feels very safe. It's all outside, right on the water. That's a really great thing to do.

What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend?Tom: Two Chefs in Pinecrest is our numero uno. We brought so many wine makers from around the world to Two Chefs for winemaker lunches and dinners. They have all been blown away by the caliber of the cuisine in this little strip mall spot. Jan Jorgensen is Danish and classically trained and understands wine so much better than many of the younger chefs whose bold flavors really compete with wine. Try the fillet or pork chop – they are fabulous.
What local restaurants or businesses do you recommend?I still find myself at the Bar at Michael’s Genuine occasionally. When they have it, I like the wood-oven roasted eggplant with tahini. When they have simple vegetable soups at lunch, I really enjoy it too- broth and veggies. Whisk Gourmet when I’m craving a 3-D, satisfying sandwich. Chef Brendan makes the best ones in town. He and his sister Kirsten are really special people, and that makes everything taste even better.
